Since joining his family's business in 1972, Lorry has honed his craft through decades of hands-on experience, culminating in his mastery of the art of crafting breathtaking homes of the highest quality.
Today, Lorry's presence is felt at every stage of the building process, working tirelessly with the second and third generations of the illustrious Musico family to ensure that every Brilliant Homes project is executed to perfection. As a valued member of our team, Lorry exemplifies the premium standards that we hold ourselves to and remains dedicated to delivering an unparalleled level of service to our clients.

With over 30 years of experience in the building industry, Rocco has dedicated his life to mastering his craft. Since leaving school in 1991, he has been an integral part of his family's business, and the industry has become a part of his very being.
As a second-generation owner, Rocco is deeply committed to upholding his family's legacy and honouring the work of his father and uncles before him. His wealth of experience and close relationships with our skilled tradespeople make him an invaluable asset to our team, ensuring that every project we undertake is executed with the utmost care and expertise.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
With a Master of Professional Accounting under his belt, Vince brings a wealth of financial expertise to his role as Financial Controller and key member of the Brilliant Homes team. Before joining our family business in 2007, Vince spent over a decade as a senior finance and risk manager at AMP, where he honed his skills and built a strong foundation for his current role.
Today, Vince is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our business, overseeing all financial matters and ensuring that we remain on track to deliver exceptional results for our clients. As a valued member of our team, he works closely with his brother Rocco and Uncle Lorry to ensure that our projects are executed to perfection, from start to finish.
For Vince, the most rewarding aspect of working at Brilliant Homes is seeing his family come together to build homes for other families. With every project we undertake, Vince takes pride in knowing that he's helping to make the dreams of our clients a reality, while upholding the legacy of his family's business.

Toni has a wealth of knowledge in Service Delivery Management & one of her Career achievements is a High Distinction in Drafting, Toni has owned and managed her own Hospitality business and made the leap over to join her husband Vince at Brilliant Homes and has been a key member of the Brilliant Team since 2010.
Toni is often the first person our clients encounter, and she brings an exceptional level of customer service to every interaction. Toni is dedicated to ensuring that our clients enjoy a stress-free process from start to finish. She has cultivated strong relationships with our suppliers and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our projects are executed with precision and care.
As your primary point of contact for submissions, approvals, tenders, and contracts, Toni is a trusted partner who will work tirelessly to ensure that your project is executed to perfection. Luke is a dedicated young father with a passion for the great outdoors and a love of sports. As a third-generation member of the Brilliant Homes family, he is committed to upholding our legacy of excellence and innovation.
With over five years of experience in project management, Luke serves as our Projects Coordinator, working closely with Rocco and Lorry to ensure that every project we undertake is executed with precision and care. As soon as we hit the job site, Luke is your go-to resource in the office, providing the support and guidance you need to keep your project moving forward smoothly.
